Information submitted through the claim inquiry form is used solely to research whether unclaimed bail funds exist in your name in the applicable court or state unclaimed property records. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Information is reviewed internally by Restitute Group only, for the sole purpose of claim research and, where applicable, assisting with administrative recovery paperwork.
4. Data Retention
Claim inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@restitutegroup.com.
6. GDPR (EU Visitors)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. Note: Restitute Group's recovery services are currently limited to Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Alaska claims.
