1. What Restitute Group Is

Restitute Group, a division of BetterClose4U LLC, is a judicial asset recovery service. Restitute Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Services

Restitute Group identifies bail funds that courts have already ordered returned but were never claimed, and assists claimants in completing publicly available administrative claim paperwork to recover those funds. Services are currently limited to claims arising in Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Alaska.

3. Separate Contingency Agreement Required

Services are provided only under a separate, signed Asset Recovery Services Agreement between the claimant and Restitute Group. This Terms of Service page does not itself authorize Restitute Group to act on your behalf.

4. Fee Structure

Restitute Group's fee is the lesser of 10% of the recovered amount or the maximum fee permitted by the law of the state where the claim is filed. There is no upfront cost. No fee is owed unless and until funds are actually recovered and received by the claimant.

5. Limited Authorization

Under the signed contingency agreement, claimants authorize Restitute Group to communicate with the relevant court clerk or state unclaimed property office solely to assist in completing publicly available administrative claim forms. This is not a power of attorney. Restitute Group does not file, draft, or argue any court motion.

6. Claimant Responsibilities

Claimants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Restitute Group is not responsible for delays or denials resulting from inaccurate information provided by the claimant.

7. No Warranty / No Guarantee

Restitute Group makes no guarantee of recovery. Results depend on individual case circumstances, court records, and state-specific timelines outside Restitute Group's control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Restitute Group's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fee actually paid by the claimant.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where a claimant's state law mandatorily governs contract terms.

10. Service Area

Services are currently limited to Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Alaska. Submitting an inquiry from another state does not guarantee service availability.
