How do I know this is legitimate?

Look up the case number we sent you. Court records in Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Alaska are public. You can verify at the clerk's office or through your state's online court portal that the case exists, that bail was posted, and that funds remain unclaimed. What if you can't recover my funds?

If we file the claim and the court does not release funds for any reason — including a dispute about ownership, a debt offset, or a filing error — you owe us nothing. Our fee is contingent on successful recovery, period.
